Shopping Trip – January 14th

Saturday, January 16th, 2010

I hit a few stores yesterday, spending $22.85 for $57.66 worth of groceries – and I will get back $4.69 in rebates, making my final total spent $18.16 plus the cost of a first-class stamp.

First stop, Fred Meyer:

Total spent: $8.29, and I will receive $4.69 back in rebates
Total before coupons: $22.32
View receipt

Got:

5 Healthy Choice frozen dinners – on sale for $2.69 and $2.79 each. Used one $5 off 5 printable coupon stacked with a $5 Fred Meyer e-coupon. Final total: $3.65 for 5 – .73 cents each. It always pays to do your research; before I went to the store, I checked a few websites and found out that Fred Meyer’s e-coupons are store coupons, and may be used in conjunction with manufacturer coupons. However, the cashier had trouble ringing it up and a manager came over and told me that I was trying to use two manufacturers’ coupons on the same item and that he could not accept them. I told him what Fred Meyer corporate had stated, so he made a call to check with another manager and discovered that I was correct and could indeed use the Fred Meyer store e-coupon in combination with my manufacturer’s coupon, and the register issue was rectified.
1 bottle of Kikkoman curry sauce – price: $4.69, and had a “Try Me Free” hangtag on it which caught my eye. My full purchase price will be refunded, so it will only cost me the price of a stamp to mail it in. We like curry, so it’s a good investment, especially with my current stockpile of meat – I’ll be putting up a stockpile update soon to show you what’s in my freezer!
2 bottles of International Delight creamer – on sale for $1.99 each, used two free product coupons that Jai and I received for becoming fans of International Delight on Facebook. Final price: Free!

I also received a .05 cent credit for bringing my own bag.

Next stop, Walgreens. First transaction:

Total spent: $1.49, and received a Register Reward for $2.49
Total before coupons: $2.49
View receipt

Got:

1 Thermacare wrap – on sale for $2.49, used a $1/1 printable coupon. Final price: $1.49, and I received a $2.50 Register Reward back, netting me $1.01 in profit! I love these wraps so I’m delighted that this deal came back.

Second transaction:

Total spent: $4.50, and received a $4.00 Register Reward back
Total before coupons: $9.00
View receipt

3 packages of Kotex pads – on sale for $3.00 each, used one $2/2 coupon from the 1/10 Smart Source newspaper insert and my $2.50 Register Reward from the previous transaction, bringing my total down to $4.50; and I received a $4.00 Register Reward back.

Third transaction:

Total spent: $1.48
Total before coupons: $6.48
View receipt

Got:

1 12oz bag of coffee – price: $3.99
1 Thermacare wrap – on sale for $2.49, used a $1/1 printable coupon in addition to the $4.00 Register Reward that I earned in the previous transaction, making my grand total for both items $1.48. Jai and I both signed up for the Thermacare coupon, which is how I received two of them. I also received a $2.50 Register Reward back for purchasing the Thermacare, netting me $1.02 in profit.

Fourth transaction:

Total spent: .39 cents
Total before coupons: $2.89
View receipt

Got:

1 package of cotton buds – we were out of these! Regularly priced at $2.50, used my $2.50 Register Reward from the previous transaction to make them free.
1 package of Ramen – filler item, because Register Rewards now require that your purchase total be higher than the value of the coupon. The Ramen was .39 cents, which was my final total.

Then I headed to Safeway:

Total spent: $6.70
Total before coupons: $14.48
View receipt

Got:

1 bag of Quaker Rice Cakes – on sale for $1.00, used a .75/1 coupon from the 1/10 Red Plum newspaper inserts, which doubled. Final price: Free plus .25 cents overage.
1 bottle of Gatorade G2 – on sale for $1.00, used a .50/1 coupon from the 1/10 Red Plum newspaper inserts, which doubled, making it free.
1 lb of butter – no coupons, we just ran out of butter! Price: $2.49
4 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts – regularly priced at $9.99, I used a coupon from the Safeway sales flier to bring the price down to $5.96 as well as a $1 off Safeway e-coupon, making the final cost $4.96. For some reason, the e-coupon didn’t come off, so the manager refunded me $1.00 – she needed to keep the receipt for the refund so that she could call corporate and find out why the e-coupon did not come off. From what I understand, there have been reports of glitches with the Safeway e-coupon system since they just rolled it out recently.
Also, as I was scanning in my receipt, I noticed an extra .50 cents that was deducted, so I think I received an extra double coupon by mistake. The e-coupon not deducting threw my math off.

If you’re in the Pacific Northwest, I highly recommend paying a visit to our friends over at Frugal Living NW. They post great coupon matchups for local stores like Safeway and Fred Meyer, which inspired several of these purchases!

Finally, I’d like to mention a great effort put together by another coupon-clipping blogger. You all know how highly I recommend Money Saving Mom’s site – and she is currently doing a “Blogger Drive” to benefit disaster victims in Haiti. You can easily help out with just a few clicks, so please check it out if you have a chance. Over on Contest Corner I’m offering extra entries into all my giveaways to anyone who donates to Hope For Haiti, so you can click here to read more about that as well.

Shopping Trip – September 20th

Wednesday, September 23rd, 2009

I hit up several stores on Sunday, and outlayed a total of $63.02 – however, I am getting $51.95 of that back in rebates, making my final total $11.07 spent for $108.48 worth of merchandise:

My first stop was Walgreens, where I did several different deals. Transaction #1:

Total spent: $1.49, and got $2.50 back in Register Rewards
Total before coupons: $2.49
View receipt

Got:

1 trial sized Thermacare Heatwrap – on sale for $2.49, used a $1/1 printable to bring the price down to $1.49 – and I received a $2.50 Register Reward back for the purchase. I love these things, so I was very happy to find out about this deal!

Transaction #2:

Total spent: .09 cents
Total before coupons: $2.59
View receipt

Got:

1 32 oz bottle of Coffee-Mate – we were all out, so I used the $2.50 Register Reward that I earned to make this $2.59 bottle of creamer only .09 cents.

Transaction #3:

Total spent: $1.49, and got $2.50 back in Register Rewards
Total before coupons: $2.49
View receipt

Got:

1 trial sized Thermacare Heatwrap – on sale for $2.49, used a $1/1 printable to bring the price down to $1.49 – and I received a $2.50 Register Reward back for the purchase.

Transaction #4:

Total spent: .09 cents
Total before coupons: $2.59
View receipt

Got:

1 32 oz bottle of Coffee-Mate – on sale for $2.59, used my $2.50 Register Reward from the previous transaction to make my final cost .09 cents. Always good to stock up on this!

Transaction #5:

Total spent: $5.00, and got $6.00 back in Register Rewards
Total before coupons: $6.00
View receipt

Got:

1 bottle of Roots of Nature hair treatment – on sale for $6.00, used a $1/1 printable to bring the cost down to $5.00, and received a $6.00 Register Reward back for the purchase.

Transaction #5:

Total spent: .48 cents
Total before coupons: $6.48
View receipt

Got:

1 30-count package of sponges – price: $4.00
4 Scotch-Brite scrubber sponges – on sale for .62 cents each, for a total of $2.48.

I then used my $6 register reward to bring the total down to .48 cents. The scrubber sponges were marked as $2.49 each, so I initially grabbed just one and expected my total after the Register Reward to be .49 cents. But it rang up on sale at only .62 cents, so my total was too low to use the Register Reward. I explained this to the cashier and said that I would have to go grab a few more since they were on sale. The cashier said to run back and grab them if I could do it quickly. I knew I’d have to re-think my math in order to get the total right, so I asked if she would void the transaction. She said no, she couldn’t do that because she’d half to call a manager – which I think would have been easier than having me run halfway through the store and leave her register tied up, but oh well. I quickly added up how many I would need, grabbed three more, and got back before any other customers showed up. So, I ended up spending a penny less and getting three more sponges!
I’m glad to stock up on these, because since I don’t have a dishwasher, we go through sponges at a rapid pace.

Transaction #6:

Total spent: $27.98, but I am getting $27.98 back in rebates, making it free (less the cost of two stamps!) – and I also received a $3.00 Register Reward for the purchase!
View receipt

Got:

1 Blood Glucose Monitor – cost: $19.99, but has a “Try Me Free” rebate attached to it, and I received a $3.00 Register Reward for the purchase – so I made a small profit, and have a great item to donate.
1 bottle of volumizing shampoo – cost: $7.99, and also has a “Try Me Free” rebate attached to it. I am a hair product junkie, so getting a nice bottle of shampoo for the cost of a stamp is a good buy in my book.

My only oversight here was that I got both items on the same receipt, but will have to send the receipt to two different places – oops. But what I will do is take these back to Walgreens the next time I go in and have them refund one of the items and then re-ring it, so I will have a receipt for both. Both rebates are valid past the end of the year, so there’s still time.

Final transaction:

Total spent: .29 cents
Total before coupons: $3.29
View receipt

Got:

One 5 lb. bag of flour – I always need flour! Regularly priced at $3.29, used the $3.00 Register Reward that I earned in the previous transaction to bring my total to .29 cents.

Next, I stopped by Rite Aid:

Total spent: $13.98, but I will get $13.98 back in rebates
View receipt #1
View receipt #2 (this time I was smart and got them on separate receipts!

Got:

1 bottle of Proantinox supplement – on sale for $6.99, and Rite Aid had this as a “Free After Single Check Rebate” item. Another great item to donate, plus everything I buy from now through October 17th will qualify for the “Gift of Savings” bonus rebate program.
1 bottle of conditioner – another item with a “Try Me Free” hangtag! I love getting nice hair products for a stamp!

Next, I headed to Fred Meyer:

Total spent: $10.73, but I am getting $9.99 back in rebates.
Total before coupons: $11.73
View receipt

Got:

1 box of Kashi Waffles – on sale for $1.79, found a coupon in the store for $1 off any Kashi frozen item. These looked good, so I thought I’d give them a try.
1 tube of mascara – yet another item with a “Try Me Free” rebate attached! I love makeup, and I love it even more when it’s free!

I also received a .05 cent credit for bringing my own bag, as well as a catalina for a free Air Wick warmer & refill – I don’t know what triggered that, so it was a nice surprise! So I went back through the line to collect on my fun freebie:

Total spent: .10 cents
Total before coupons: $4.13
View receipt

Got:

1 Air Wick Warmer & refill – normally $3.98 for both, free with my coupon!
1 packet of Ramen – since I brought my own bag, I knew I would be receiving a .05 cent bag credit. So I picked up this .15 cent packet of Ramen, and paid only .10 cents after the credit.

Last stop, Safeway:

Total spent: $1.30 out of pocket, put $4.53 on the Safeway gift card that I won from
Moomette’s Magnificents.
Total before coupons: $9.79
View receipt

Got:

4 cans of Chef Michael’s dog food – when I was in Fred Meyer, I found a display with a big stack of coupons good for one free can of this dog food. Fred Meyer was already sold out (as you can imagine!), so I took some of the coupons and used them at Safeway instead. The sale price at Safeway was .99 cents each, and I used four free product coupons – total cost, zero! (And while I took multiple copies of these coupons, I still left a stack for other customers to use.)
1 tub of Yoplait yogurt – need this for an article I’m writing. Cost: .70 cents
1 Sunday paper – more coupons! Price: $2.50
1.15 lbs of ground beef – need this for a meal I have planned this week. Price: $2.63

I then went through the line one more time:

Total spent: Zero!
Total before coupons: $14.89
View receipt

Got:

10 cans of Chef Michael’s dog food – on sale for .99 cents each, used ten of the aforementioned coupons. Final price: Free!
1 bottle of Cascade rinse agent – on sale for $4.99, noticed a free Cascade coupon in my binder that was close to expiring, so I thought I ought to use it! Once I get a dishwasher, this will come in handy.

And in case you’re wondering – I don’t have any pets, but I always pick up pet food when I can get it free with coupons. I have so many friends and relatives with dogs and cats, and they always welcome free pet food.

Shopping Trip, May 31st – Chicken For .34 Cents, Shrimp For .47 Cents, And More

Monday, June 1st, 2009

Yesterday was the first big shopping trip I’ve done since getting back from England, and it was a lot of fun. I got $38.28 worth of groceries for $12.18:

First stop, Fred Meyer:

Total spent: $5.00
Total before coupons: $11.10
View receipt

I got a flier in the mail from Fred Meyer that contained some awesome coupons. There was a coupon good for $3 off any seafood purchase, and another for $3 off any meat department purchase. So I put them to good use!

Got:

4.23 pounds of chicken – on sale for $3.34, used my $3 off meat coupon. Final cost: .34 cents.
1.16 pounds of shrimp – on sale for $3.47, used my $3 off seafood coupon. Final cost: .47 cents.
One Sunday newspaper – more coupons! Final cost: $2.50.
A ten-pound bag of potatoes – on my menu this week. Final cost: $1.79.

I also received .10 cents in credit for bringing my own bags.

My next stop was Walgreens. There’s a great Register Reward deal on Ecotrin this week, and because of the way that Register Rewards work, I ended up going through the line 10 times. It was well worth my time, and the cashier just thought it was funny. She was required to ask each customer if they wanted to add M&Ms to their purchase, so each time I came through, she said “Would you like some M&Ms this time? How about now?”. It was entertaining!

Transaction #1:

Total spent: Zero. And I got back $2 in Register Rewards!
Total before coupons: $2.00
View receipt

Got:

One 45-count box of Ecotrin aspirin – on sale for $2.00, used one $2.00/1 printable. Final price: Free, and I received a $2 Register Reward for the purchase!

Transaction #2:

Total before coupons: $6.29
View receipt

Got:

One 30-count box of makeup removers – on sale for $6.29, used the $2 Register Reward that I had just earned. Final cost: $4.29.

No super deals here, just something I needed. I pay more for this brand because it’s the only makeup remover that doesn’t give me a giant rash!

Got:

One 45-count box of Ecotrin aspirin – on sale for $2.00, used one $2.00/1 printable. Final price: Free, and I received a $2 Register Reward for the purchase! I’m able to print coupons from my laptop, my desktop computer, and Jai’s computer, which is how I am able to get multiple copies.

Transaction #6:

Total spent: Zero!
Total before coupons: $2.00
View receipt

Got:

8 packets of Ramen noodles – it’s going to be an especially hectic week, so I wanted to have some quick lunches on hand. On sale for .25 cents each, used the $2 Register Reward that I had just earned. Final cost: Free!

Transaction #9:

Total spent: Zero. And I got back $2 in Register Rewards!

So I got everything on my shopping list, and I’ve also got enough aspirin to last me forever! And there was still lots of Ecotrin on the shelf after I was done, so there will be plenty left for other customers as well.

Shopping Trip – April 26th

Thursday, April 30th, 2009

Total spent: .67 cents out of pocket, put $9.32 on my rebate gift card
View receipt

Got:

1 bottle of Roc moisturizer

I always wear moisturizer that contains SPF, and I was all out. So I used my gift card to get a new bottle – I picked this one because it was 3 ounces, so I’ll be able to take it in my carry-on baggage when we leave for England tomorrow!

Free Vodka

Wednesday, April 29th, 2009

This proves that you can get almost anything free with coupons and rebates! Click here to download a rebate form for 360 Vodka. You can get up to a $20 rebate, and according to Nickels-N-Dimes, this vodka is on sale for $19.99 at some Walgreens. Now, I have no idea what states allow Walgreens to sell liquor – Oregon certainly isn’t one of them – but if you live in an area that does, you’re in luck!
I think this rebate would be worth printing even if you can’t get it at Walgreens – the offer is good through December of this year, and I’m sure somewhere will have it for $20. I’m not a big vodka drinker (the last bottle of Vodka I had sat in the cupboard collecting dust for about 3 years) but free is free!

Shopping Trip – March 19th

Friday, March 20th, 2009

Decent shopping trip yesterday – picked up some things I needed for $5.08:

Align Center
My first stop was Fred Meyer:

Total spent: $5.08
Total before coupons: $10.88
View receipt

Got:

4.46 pounds of chicken drumsticks – Originally $6.60, this chicken had been marked down to $4.59. I also had a coupon for $1 off any Foster Farms chicken, which I got in the mail from the company. Final price: $3.59.
I have a few of these Foster Farms coupons, and they expire at the end of this month, so I want to make sure that I use them. We’ve eaten our way through most (though not all) of the meat in the freezer, so this is good timing. I had such a stockpile of meat built up that I don’t think I’ve bought any since this trip in September.
5 four-packs of Cottonelle TP – on sale for $1.19. First, I used a coupon for .75 cents off, which I believe came from the Madre y Mujer coupon book; this made the first 4-pack .44 cents. Then I used four $1/1 printables that we received for signing up on the Cottonelle website – making the rest of the 4-packs .19 cents each.
The Madre y Mujer booklet is free to sign up for and has all kinds of good coupons in it – the form is in Spanish, but it’s easy to figure out even if you don’t speak the language.
1 head of garlic – price: .34 cents.

Next stop, Walgreens:

Total spent: Nothing out of pocket, put $3.32 on my rebate gift card
Total before coupons: $8.15
View receipt

Got:

1 gallon of milk – price: $2.19
1 package of coffee filters – price: $1.19
6 Reeses Whipps candy bars – used a coupon from the Walgreens sales flier to bring the price down to .49 cents each; then I was able to stack it with three $1/2 coupons from the 1/4 Smart Source newspaper inserts. Final price: Free plus .01 cent of overage each!

My final stop was Safeway, to pick up some half and half:

Total spent: Nothing out of pocket, put .76 cents on my free Safeway gift card
Total before coupons: $2.29
View receipt

Got:

1 quart of half and half – on sale for $2.29, used a catalina for $1.50 off my next grocery purchase that I received when I purchased coffee on Wednesday. Final price after catalina and bag credit: .76 cents.

Shopping Trip – January 23rd

Saturday, January 24th, 2009

Fred Meyer:

Total spent: .98 cents
Total before coupons: $1.98
View receipt

Got:

2 four-packs of Cottonelle TP – used two .50/1 printables. Final price: .49 cents each.

When I posted recently about the lack of good toilet paper deals in this area, loyal reader Margery suggested I check Fred Meyer’s price on Cottonelle. It was a great tip – and since there seem to be a lot of Cottonelle coupons out there right now, I’ll be sure to go back for more.

Walgreens:

Total spent: $9.99 – but I will receive $10.98 back in rebates!
Total before coupons: $73.95
View receipt

Got:

2 bags of chocolate-covered Macadamia nuts – on sale for $2 each, used a $3/2 coupon from the Easysaver rebate book. Final price: .50 cents each.
1 Revlon eyeliner – Free after rebate, and I also used a $1/1 coupon from the 10/12 Smart Source newspaper inserts, resulting in a $1 profit. I also get an additional 10% back on each rebate for choosing a gift card instead of a check, resulting in a net profit of $1.99.
4 One Touch blood glucose monitors – on sale for $14.99, used four coupons good for up to $20 off, found in the 1/4 Red Plum newspaper inserts. Final price: Free! These will be great items to donate.

Shopping Trip – January 10th

Monday, January 12th, 2009

First stop, Rite Aid, where I picked up some freebies:

Total spent: $2.00. But I will get $5.00 back in rebates, making it free plus $3.00 profit!
Total before coupons: $5.50
View receipt #1
View receipt #2

Got:

11 SoyJoy bars – used one coupon good for $3 off 10 bars, and one “Buy One, Get One Free” coupon, which gave me the 11th bar free. Both of these coupons came from the 1/4 Smart Source newspaper inserts. And since SoyJoy was a free after rebate item last week, my coupons turned this into a moneymaker!

The only problem was that the cashier only rang up 10 bars by accident, so I was undercharged by .50 cents the first time. I realized this after I got to my car, so I went back inside and explained what happened. They then re-rang one of the bars, and I paid the .50 cents. The cashier was very appreciative (and surprised!) that I would come back to fix a mistake that was in my favor.

Next stop, Walgreens, where I scored a few more freebies and used my gift card to pay for some items that I needed:

Total spent: $2.58 out of pocket, put $8.58 on my rebate gift card
Total before coupons: $14.35
View receipt

Got:

2 rolls of first aid gauze – I still need lots of this for my toe, and these were clearanced to $1.59 each, so I picked up two.
1 roll of Reynolds wrap – used one coupon from the Walgreens sales flier to bring the price down to .99 cents, stacked with one $1/1 coupon from the 11/16 Smart Source newspaper inserts. Free plus .01 cent overage!
4 foil roasting pans – these are handy to have around, and since they were on clearance for .25 cents each, I couldn’t pass it up!
2 Reeses’ Whips bars – used one coupon from the Walgreens sales flier to make them 2 for $1, stacked with one coupon for $1/2 from the 1/4 Smart Source newspaper inserts. Free after coupons!
1 bottle of store brand Midol – this is a good example of when buying the store brand can save you some cash. I had a coupon for $1 off Midol brand pain reliever, but even after the coupon, this generic was still cheaper – for the exact same ingredients and dose! Cost: $6.99.

Shopping Trips – January 4th and 5th

Tuesday, January 6th, 2009

I had one disappointing shopping trip on Sunday, followed by a great trip yesterday.

Safeway trip, January 4th:

Total spent: $6.99 – no coupons
View receipt

Got:

1 24 pack of TP

This trip was a dud for a few reasons. First, I had planned to pick up some Wacky Mac – Sunday was the last day that it was on sale for .99 cents, and there are .50/1 printables on both SmartSource and Coupons.com, which would make it free after doubles. However, the store was completely out of the sales fliers that contain the doubler, so I opted not to get any Wacky Mac, since there was no way for me to get my coupons doubled. On top of that, the store was also completely out of Sunday papers. But I still got the TP, since we’re running low. Toilet paper sales are rare around here, so I just have to take what I can get. After Safeway, I ran to a vending machine and got myself a paper, adding $2.50 to my budget.

But my trip to Walgreens on the 5th was much more successful. First transaction:

Total spent: Nothing out pocket, put $10 on my rebate gift card. And I got $9 in Register Rewards back!
Total before coupons: $14.00

View receipt #1

View receipt #3

Got:

2 bottles of SlimQuick Energy shots – on sale for $4, got $4 in Register Rewards back for purchasing it.
2 bottles of Theraflu – on sale for $5 each, used two $2/1 coupons from the 10/19 Smart Source newspaper inserts. Final price: $6 for two, and I received $5 back in Register Rewards back for the purchase.

The reason there are three receipts is because when I made my initial purchase, I forgot to hand over my coupons – DUH. But they were very accomodating, and let me return the Theraflu and then re-ring it with the coupons. I put $14 on my gift card initially, but the manager did the return in cash, so I ended up with a $4 cash refund. I really appreciated them doing that!!

I thought this was a good deal for the Theraflu – I love stocking up on this stuff, because it really saves you money when you get sick.

For my second transaction, I used my $9 in Register Rewards to pay for some awesome clearance finds, and also scored some fantastic coupon deals:

Total spent: Nothing out of pocket, put $1.11 on my rebate gift card. And I will get $1.50 back in EasySaver rebates!
Total before coupons: $54.84
View receipt

Got:

4 pints of Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream – on sale for $3, used four $3/1 printables. Free after coupons! These coupons were available for a limited time last week if you signed up on the Ben & Jerry’s website. The offer is no longer available, but if you printed these last week, use them at Walgreens! Jai and I both signed up for the offer, which is how we got 4 pints. YUM!
1 Blood Glucose Monitor – on sale for $14.99, used a coupon for up to $20 off from the 1/4 Red Plum newspaper inserts. Free after coupon! As you might guess by the fact that this is sitting next to ice cream, I do not have diabetes. However, I have relatives that do, and if they can’t use it, I will donate it. As a side note, if you or a loved one need one of these, check out this link to see if you qualify to have a free monitor mailed to you from One Touch!

1 bag of BBQ potato chips – Notice how the bag is empty! I was having a blast rooting through the clearance, and I realized that it was getting late when I noticed how hungry I was! This was just to tide me over until I got home.

I was really pleased with these deals, because I got a few awesome freebies and some useful items on clearance that will come in handy next Christmas and beyond. The bottom of my receipt listed my grand total savings – factoring in coupons, store specials, and pre-clearance prices – as $89.91. Not too shabby!

First Shopping Trips of the Month – January 2nd and 3rd

Monday, January 5th, 2009

I made Fettuccine Alfredo for five people on Saturday night, so I needed to pick up a few supplies beforehand.

Safeway trip, January 2nd:

Total spent: $8.57
Total before coupons: $11.57
View receipt

Got:

1 gallon of milk
1 quart of half and half
1 box of Always pads – I got yet another $3/1 catalina for these, so I put it to use!

Walgreens trip, January 3rd:

Total spent: Nothing out of pocket, put $5.99 on my rebate gift card
View receipt

Got:

1 8 oz bottle of Parmesan cheese

I didn’t get any pictures of the dinner, but it was my first time making Fettuccine – and YUM, was it good. I used this recipe, which I highly recommend!
