- As you can tell, I haven’t done much shopping this month. With so much going on and our trip coming up in a week and a half, I’ve been like the lady in that photo – making my list and checking it twice. Trying to cram in grocery trips as well just hasn’t been appealing, so I’ve just been making use of what I have in my pantry and freezer. Plus, I’ll be gone for two weeks, and I want to use up any perishable ingredients so that they won’t go to waste.

- I haven’t had a chance to post a new Coupon Funded Menu Corner in a while, so if you’ve been missing it, check out this post on my other blog. I’m always in need of foil, so getting a roll for the cost of a stamp seems like an OK price for me.
