Coupon Resources
There are a multitude of ways to build your coupon stash – below is a comprehensive listing of the many places you can obtain coupons. Some of the following are my personal affiliate link, as I wouldn’t be a savvy saver if I missed an opportunity to get credit for a site I would be recommending regardless. 
Printable Coupons
One of the quickest ways to get coupons is to print them from your computer. The sites listed below are trusted, reputable sources of printable coupons. To read more about printable coupons and learn ways to verify their legitimacy, click here to read my article on the subject.
Sunday Newspaper
The #1 best way to get coupons is through the Sunday newspaper. In some areas, you may be able to save money by subscribing to the newspaper – call your local paper or check sites like DiscountedNewspapers.com for deals. However, subscribing is oftentimes not the the cheapest option, so compare prices carefully.
All You Magazine
All You Magazine is a favorite of coupon clippers because each issue is full of coupons. You can subscribe through a number of sources – click here to learn more about the magazine and where to find it. Special subscription deals also pop up occasionally, so keep your eyes peeled for those.
The “Free Coupons” Tab
Anytime I find offers for free product coupons online, I post them under the “Free Coupons” category. Check out my article “Get Free Groceries in 10 Minutes” for more information on these type of offers.
In-Store
The next time you’re at the grocery store, look around – you’re likely to see a number of coupons on display in the aisles. There are a number of different types of coupons that you will see in stores:
- “Tearpads” – this refers to a tear-off pad of coupons, usually found on a cardboard display or attached to the shelving.
- “Blinkies” – this refers to the little coupon dispenser machines that you see attached to grocery aisles, named after the little blinking light on the machine.
- “Peelies” - these are coupons which are attached to the product itself.
- “Hangtags” – these are coupons which hang around the necks of bottles.
- “Winetags” – these are a special kind of coupon that is sometimes found in the wine department – click here for more information on this type of coupon.

Catalinas are a special kind of coupon that prints out at grocery checkouts. Check out the articles below to learn all about Catalinas:
E-Coupons
“E-Coupons” are an electronic coupon that is loaded to your store loyalty card and deducted at checkout. This type of coupon is gaining popularity and becoming available at more stores – check out the link below and see if there is an e-coupon program offered in your area:
A similar program worth mentioning is Upromise. Upromise’s “E-coupon” program is unusual, because it does not deduct anything from your total at the checkout – instead, it puts the amount into a college savings program when you buy participating items.
Trading

Coupon Codes for Online Shopping
Coupons aren’t just for grocery stores – online retailers frequently offer special discounts via coupon codes. There are dozens of sites that compile these offers, but my personal favorite is RetailMeNot.
